Tanzanite is one of the birthstones for the month of December. It is a highly coveted gemstone that can only be sourced in the hills of Merelani in northern Tanzania.

Alexis Russell sources natural, unheated tanzanites which are known for their color-changing abilities, ranging in color from violet, vibrant blues to teal, and even peach.
