Quartz with Rutile Inclusions, aids in manifestation and positive thinking. Forms in a liquid state at very high temperature and mixes with the rutile, a titanium mineral. Once cooled, they can be mined + cut! The inclusions of rutile can range from yellow to orange to brown in color.
