Free Virtual Consultations

Our free virtual consultations are designed to give you the same level of care and attention that you would receive if visiting our studio. During your Zoom meeting, you will meet one-on-one with an Alexis Russell design specialist, with access to our full inventory of stones and rings. Virtual consultations allow you to see our stones and rings for yourself.  If you are looking for a stacking band consultation, please reach out to info@alexisrussell.com.

In-Person Consultations

Our in-person consultations take place at our studio in Buffalo, NY for a small fee of $50 (which serves as a credit toward your purchase). In-person consultations allow you to meet one-on-one with an Alexis Russell design specialist, with access to our full inventory of stones and rings. In-person consultations allow you to both see and touch our stones and rings for yourself.

Booking / Preparing for Consultations

PRE-CONSULT QUESTIONNAIRE: In order for us to properly prepare for your personalized consultation, we will ask you a few questions about stone types, shapes, and ring settings in order to bring the right products to the consultation. Monday-Friday

Morning

10 am - 12 pm (noon)

2 pm - 4 pm

Consult Preparation

After you have scheduled your consultation, you will receive an e-mail invite with meeting details and a Zoom link (if consult is virtual). You will also be contacted via email by an Alexis Russell Design Specialist, who will answer any questions or provide any additional details you may need prior to your consultation.
